these images, water pouring down into New York City's subway stations during rush hour. Cars pulled away by high-rising

floodwaters in New Jersey. People rescued from roads that looked more like rivers. And at one point,

it was raining so hard, it flooded through the ceiling of this movie theater. The amount of rain

that fell across New York City in one hour last night, the second ever highest recorded.
