How can one politician win one primary two times in one night?

Let me explain. First off, yesterday was the Iowa caucus, which is kind of the official kickoff

to election season. But it's not a primary. Those two things have a similar function, a caucus

and a primary. They both help a political party figure out which candidate a state prefers.

The difference is how they're carried out.

A primary is pretty easy to explain.

It's basically a vote.
