There's some good news we expect for gas and

grocery prices. But we begin with the winter storm hitting the northeast

right now up to a foot of snow is expected in some parts. Over a thousand

flights already canceled along with the possibility of

coastal flooding. This is a live picture from the ABC road cam on the current

Robin, we are still getting blasted. The wind at times is gust in a 20 miles per hour, the

visibility you can't see across the Hudson River to Manhattan at the other end of the

George Washington Bridge and of course the heaviest totals are falling just

north some people approaching that footmark but we've got a couple hours left

and all of this as people are still trying to get around in the morning commute.

Overnight, wet, heavy snow beginning to blanket parts of the East Coast.

Millions from Kentucky up through the northeast

bracing for the biggest snowstorm in two years. The snow disrupting the I-95

corridor just as the morning commute gets underway.

This is expected to be a short duration winter storm

that has the potential to be high impact.
