as Dr. Pimplepoper, gross and law and order mastermind Dick Wolf. They are all a year older today.

And you guys listen to all the movies released on this date over the years. It's blockbuster season

apparently. The greatest showman came out on this date. It's a wonderful life. Father of the bride,

Star Wars, the rise of Skywalker, the godfather part two, and the original scream. It's quite a

list all celebrating anniversaries today. Like scary movies. What's your favorite scary movie?

Okay, let's jump in a quick look at all the headlines across the board. We'll start with this one.

The top story came out yesterday after 17 months. The January 6th committee announced that they

are referring former president Trump to the Justice Department for criminal prosecution. After all

their hearings, they are urging the DOJ to bring criminal charges against the former president,

which is a historic move. And there are at least four charges here obstructing an official

proceeding, defrauding United States, making false statements and assisting or aiding an insurrection.

They are looking to hold the former president directly accountable for the storming of the

Capitol. This referral has no real legal standing. It's just you know, after conducting more than

a thousand interviews, a suggestion. They released their final 154 page summary yesterday,

which was made public when the hearing ended. Some Republican politicians have called this a

political stunt and are attempting to downplay and discredit the decision. It will be fought.
