Robin, good morning. So snowy, you can barely see the city of Pittsburgh behind me. You can't

see Mount Washington because of all of this snow that's falling. This is the bulk of this storm. The snow is falling about a half inch an hour. And this is what so many across the Northeast are waking up to this morning. This wet, thick snow that is falling during the morning rush hour making for slick and in some cases dangerous roadways.

Overnight, more than a million Americans from the Midwest to the northeast under winter weather alerts.

Drivers in Chicago digging out.

Keep cautious because there are skies spinning out.

In Oklahoma City, more than 350 wrecks after an ice storm left roads and highways

in chaos. At least three people killed. Multiple vehicles flipping upside down. This truck

carrying diesel fuel crashing, landing on its side. These pickups colliding and this silver car slamming into the median

signs up warning drivers of black ice conditions and to use caution.

There were three wrecks that I saw one with a car upside down and it was a nightmare.

Even these two rescue vehicles sliding into one another and an attempt to help that wrecked

SUV and pickup truck.

Semi-trucks jackknifing, while another struck the median.

On Interstate 70 in Saline County, Missouri, traffic at a standstill after wrecks left multiple
