landscape in this country tonight.

The Arizona Supreme Court ruled today that a near total abortion man on the books in Arizona since the

Civil War is enforceable. Under the long dormant 1864 law abortion is a felony.

Performing or assisting a woman with having one is punishable by imprisonment.

An exception is carved out to save a mother's life.
