0:18.0	A federal judge in Florida voided the federal mask mandate for Plains yesterday, just
0:22.8	days after it was extended and additional two weeks.
0:25.9	So Florida is just a little late here.
0:28.0	However, it is an improvement from their typical approach of banning things that already happened,

0:33.6	At the same time, the city of Philadelphia became the first major U.S. city to reinstate its
0:38.1	own mask mandate in response to sharply rising COVID cases.
0:42.1	And now a group of business owners and residents are already suing the city because they say
0:46.5	that the mask mandate is illegal.
0:48.5	Apparently, that very much depends which judge you ask.
0:54.5	Now let's go to Ukraine, where MaruPaul is still under brutal attack.
0:58.2	At least seven people were killed in missile attacks in Levy, yesterday.
1:01.8	And earlier this weekend, a humanitarian kitchen in Ukraine that's linked to Jose and
1:05.9	Races World Central Kitchen was destroyed by a missile as well, injuring four staff members.
1:11.5	The Russian Army has also started using lethal darts, which are incredibly rare in modern
1:15.9	war, and a big humanitarian no-no because of how indiscriminately they're deployed.
