All right getting into it. We always start with the top stories

I've got a couple things this morning starting in Ukraine president Zelensky has said that Russia's second phase of this war

Which is taking place in the eastern part of the country has officially begun

Russia has had a chance to regroup and resupply and are now continuing their attacks

Also, Ukraine is now formally submitted a completed questionnaire

Which is the first step toward achieving membership in the European Union and remember that's the thing that Putin does not want to happen

And the other big story this morning is the federal judge in Florida the rule the Biden administration's mask mandate on airplanes and other forms of public

Transportation is unlawful that means that while quote

Agencies are reviewing the decision and assessing next steps the mask mandate is not in effect

The TSA will not enforce it the CDC still recommends those masks in public indoor transportation settings

But for now you are free to fly maskless if you want to if you want to of course you can still wear one

Which I'm sure a lot of people will several major airlines even release statements saying that masks are now optional on their planes

for passengers and for workers
