Here we are, just recording. It a quarter to 10 in the morning this was supposed to be at

about half six in the morning but what I had planned was I'll go to bed early and

I'll sleep you know through to six or so and then my phone will

go off and I'll jump out of bed like yeah who am I Mark Wahlberg and then what

happened was I had very broken sleep probably in the fear that I had to get up at six o'clock,

and then I woke up at like four and five and whatever, and then I fell sleep and then ended up getting up at nine.

Because I've got no boss, and I also have no willpower so here we are
