This time, they will be bringing an international astronaut. The U.S. government said

that the trip to the moon will happen by the end of this decade at the earliest 2027. The announcement

came when Vice President Kamala Harris met with the National Space Council in Washington. This is the

third time that they have met. While they did talk about adding an international astronaut to the

mission, they did not say who it would be or where they would be from.

In fact, the entire crew will not be announced until they get closer to the lunar mission launch date.
