I am so pissed.

I've paid so much money to make sure everyone had two-day shipping with priority and UPS ground priority.

And like one batch was 100 books.

Only three were scanned.

And apparently the lady's telling me, oh, we didn't have enough staff.

So we probably sent it to Cleveland.

I'm really pissed.

And the thing is they're insured.

So I'm kind of stuck.
