So, we just finished listening to the oral argument for habeas for Tina Peters.

Um, and obviously she's changed counsel multiple times.

It went as well as it could, but it also allowed us to observe the position of the

attorney general of Colorado, which was extremely interesting.

There was a lot of support for her, you know, a lot.

And we had to literally jump in a car because we both have meetings tomorrow morning in other states.

And it was a shame that I couldn't, like, hang out with people.

I know that there were so many people that have been helping Tia, like, crazy, right?

Bethany, she's done incredible work.

Obviously, Linda, the paralegal, she has a support system like no other.

And you know what? It's terrible. We were sitting there arguing whether or not it is unconstitutional

for a judge to utilize bail as some dangle bait or as a punitive measure.
