Here's what you miss today in the world of tech. Something tells me, Coinbase is activating a pre-planned strategy at this point.

Coinbase has asked a US federal court to force the SEC to respond to a petition

Coinbase filed back in July of 2022, demanding clearer

crypto regulations, according to Crip.

The exchange sent the SEC its so-called petition for rulemaking last July

and asked the regulator to propose and adopt rules for digital asset securities.

It also sought answers to 50 specific questions that would provide
