Now, the incident occurred around 10.40 a.m. According to LAPD officer David Kuler told people, quote, there were basically a dispute

between victim, which is when Cruz allegedly sprayed water towards the victim. Now, Cruz's

talent agent, Raphael Burko tells people that Cruz was washing his car in front of his home in

L.A. when a white minivan with three women parked a, quote, half inch from his bumper. Burko says Cruz asked him to move their vehicle. Burko went on to say, they said, no, he goes on, come on, move your car, you're not giving me room, and it's going to get wet. So he said, okay. And then he started to clean his car, and they started filming him. Burko says, he him not to film him and quote when he turned around to tell them to stop

filming he was still hosing his car. Some of the water from the hose hit the car and spilled

onto their car. And then believe it or not, one of them called the police. And somehow someone

who's never been arrested in his life, someone who played a police detective for 15 years

on the closer in major crimes. I didn't realize this guy played the other side of the law on these shows.

talent agent every day and is like, hey, is anybody doing a show that involves a drug cartel?
