Summary
Today on the show we’re replaying Jayson’s talk with the CEO and co-founder of Scribe Media JeVon McCormick, who talks about his difficult upbringing in Ohio, and how he feels like that gave him the opportunity to work harder than everyone else around him, and gave him valuable life lessons that he still hangs on to today.
JeVon was sexually abused as a young child, left alone for weeks at a time to take care of his brothers and sisters, and spent 3 weeks in juvenile detention without anyone knowing he was there. He still finds a way to find the positive in life, and take lessons from all of his hardships.
