The judge is making everything secret with gag orders, including the police reports

and 3,000 witnesses, associates, or anyone that knew Charlie Kirk.

They're saying effectively, any talk show host that knew him or talked to him is under gag order.

Look, the judge in Utah is doing something that is, as far as I can tell, totally

unprecedented. He is essentially issuing a preemptive gag order across or against anyone who could

be a potential witness called by the prosecution or the defense. So, seeing as there was over

3,000 people that witnessed the attack on Charlie Kirk,

that means that this gag order could encompass any of those 3,000-plus people

and any attorney that could or might be in the future a participant in this case.

It is extraordinarily sweeping in its scope and very, very concerning.

I mean, if you have nothing to hide, why are you going about things like this?

And obviously the argument will be, well, it's just because they're trying to make sure that there's no biasing of the jury or whatever, whatever.

But this is really reminiscent of what happens in Europe,

in the UK, specifically, that is not an American tradition by any stretch of the imagination,

that in fact, you usually in America sequester the jury to keep them from being impacted
