People get so caught up with a concept of power and there's this plethora of research in the idea of power and

politics. There's just power in every relationship that we have, power and influence, whether it's with our spouse or

our children like how do you or our employees or bosses yeah or our presidential

candidates it's just it's gonna be or our presidential candidates.

It's just, it's going to be hard to not get right into the politics of this. Well, it's really, it's actually been so powerful in my private practice and then also personally and with our kids.

There is nothing more passionate than some of what we're seeing on the national stage.

And I know we're going to talk about this individually and more personally, but there is no

getting around the passions and the traumas that are really being stirred up by seeing this behaviorally and physically and emotionally and being able to name what's you know what we're seeing played

out so and you know when we talk about that this is a podcast about promoting security and then

we're seeing security and the lack of security or the intentional erosion of

security played out, you know, then we can't not talk about it.
