You know what's interesting as I was listening to your Blue Podcast while I appreciated it and I

wanted more actually I felt like I need more like tell me more about this. When I was listening to your podcast on the red side of the spectrum

I really found myself identifying with that part too so I felt a little bit like I had a split

personality and then you know I

guess I kind of realize like if it's a spectrum right then we kind of at any

given time depending on the circumstances you might fall

anywhere on that spectrum I'm probably no I don't know if I'm ever going to be in the

green zone but so I just slip right past that green.
