Tracy, are you comfortable with that?

Yeah, yeah.

So we talked about security and we were talking about, or you were talking about,

if 70% of the time that we have someone who gets us, right?

They pay attention to us, they pay attention to our needs, and they're there for us 70% of the time that's that's

security like it doesn't have to be a bunch of people it could just be one

person and they don't have to be all the time all the time and that's where you said

70% of the time and then we talked we were

talking about the two different types of insecurity and one of them was

dismissive or I wrote down avoidant in security.

And...

And...

Yeah, and so that is like with the avoidant in security,

that's where, fall and no one notices or you cry and no one comes to you and

attends to you.

The adult or the attachment figure

doesn't acknowledge your signal of distress.
