I'm a little out of sorts today with getting caught up on some things.

I was gone all weekend with my grandson to an amazing workshop with Crunchy Mama Farms.

Sean and his wife were just amazing people.

We processed two cows, no bulls actually.

One was a rather small bull, about 800 pound longhorn, and then we processed a beast,

1,300 pounds on the nose when we weighed him.

It was a Wagyu Angus Cross, and both of them produced amazing meat. We had amazing meals. It was a great time. I got in late last evening, got up this morning and realized I had committed to doing an interview with Tom Woods on artificial intelligence today. I'll be able to do that interview, but it's early enough in the afternoon that being set back,

I really didn't have time to get a brand new episode done and make that commitment to that interview.

And there's some other things that need to be handled around here that didn't happen this weekend,

that involve some of my plants and things like that are really in a point where something needs to be
