Yeah I know I was gone all last week I get it I'm. I am not fully recuperated from TSP 23 at least in the ability to put together a podcast where you with a live stream and all of that and new content got some great ideas man I mean coming out of a workshop your

head swims no matter who you are I think for me it really swims because I get to

talk to so many of you guys and so I have tremendous number of new topics

that will be coming up but I thought this would be a good day for a

rewind tomorrow I'll be doing a live stream with Nicole Sauce and John Willis

there's a good chance that will be tomorrow's episode of the

podcast as well. We do that every first Tuesday of course this is the second

Tuesday and it's the second Tuesday and so be it because last Tuesday we were actively engaged in getting ready for the

workshop. Anyway I did want to give you a couple announcements in this intro with some new content. Number one being I have begun doing the

Friday flashbacks every Friday so it's four new shows a week plus a Friday

plus a Friday flashback I deeply deeply encourage you. If you're a regular

listener all five days to continue listening on Fridays, if I didn't think it was

worth doing, I wouldn't be putting them out. There is so much in our old interviews and I've

rewound maybe two or three of them like you know doing a rewound like I'm today I'll
