So what do we look at like seven years ago, almost exactly seven years ago.

Today's episode was originally episode 2083.

It was called Cooking Venison and other Fish and Game, and that of course is today's

rewind subject but I want to say a few things during the intro here about a few things

and starting out with why there's a rewind today.

So I'm getting ready next week to go to Self Reliance Festival to speak up at Nicole Sauce

at the same time we just opened up sales to our workshop and there's things that need to be wrapped up getting ready that all bolted down that happens in November

So I've got beginning of October Camden beginning of my workshop, which is the thing

that we put the most effort into every year.

So I've got stuff that just needs to be done.

I've also got a presentation to get put together for Matt Powers.

He has a summit coming up a virtual summit that has to be done and there's just a

ton to do here including making sure that next week when I when I leave that there is nothing here that will

give Dorothy any grief like I want to go through every system on the property

so today is maybe the only rewind this week maybe there'll be one tomorrow I haven't
