I am sat at my dining room table and back home for a matter of hours and I'm looking up to the decidedly grey and grim skies of Manchester.

So Craig, why is there no guest this week? I hear you cry. Well, there was going to be but sadly

myself and the standard comedian Josh Pugh couldn't make a time work for Tuesday, which is when we're going to record it, but we are going to record it this week.

So you're listening to this now, I think on a Thursday, we're going to record when I hot foot it back down to Brighton gets set up record with Josh before he goes on stage.

He's graciously fitting us in on his tour of the moment.

Josh is a great stand for comedian. You're going to really like him. He's super well down to earth, very, very funny.

And he's been on my radar for quite some time. And it's not the case that you know last week we had the wonderful Nick Helmer, who I've known for years.

I've been a huge fan of his. It's just come to light that we've got a with double banking standard comedians.

Maybe we'll just do a standard comedian special as well as the incredible strong female representation we've had this season has been strong.

And I know it's been tough. Probably as a listener, but certainly as a host and a booker.

And I think I can speak for producer Griff as a producer. You'd think after you know five plus years it would be easier, but it's kind of not.

It has got harder, but it's only because you know we pride ourselves on not having the same people on who are doing the podcast rounds.

Therefore having the same conversations. We don't want that. I don't want it. And we don't want to deliver that to you.

So yeah, apologies for the inconsistency, but you know how it is you're used to it now when the episodes come they're going to be great.

I'm not saying this one's going to be great because it's just me talking to you.

But we've got a few questions from you that we're going to talk to on the very limited time. I have it is going to be much shorter episode than normal.

But how are things? You are well. This is good, good news.

It's certainly autumn as well. I mean, I got back to Manchester yesterday and it's more training than normal, but spirit's a high people are happy, which is good news.

I'm heading back tomorrow, as I said, down to Brighton. We've got another six weeks of filming left on grace.

With past TSP guests, John Sim, I'm hoping to grab John for a part two that we promised. We're going to do that. He's totally up for it.
