Hello everyone, Kittro here. Time for us to delve into the TSP presents archive once more

0:05.2

and start a new series. And when I say start a new series, I mean re-release a series that was

0:10.7

originally recorded for patrons in September 2019. It's called Cult Heroes, some of the biggest

names in Spanish football that maybe you've never heard of. In episode one, we're discussing

0:21.3

a Salvadorian magician and a Basque bruiser. The full archive is available exclusively for patrons

0:29.1

at patreon.com forward slash TSP. Enjoy.

1:32.8

but it might be worth pointing this out. I asked Spaniards on Twitter who their Cult Heroes were

1:37.9

and had the problem of trying to describe a Cult Hero to them. The answers that most of them gave,

1:43.9

in truth were just the local boy who was really good. Most of them didn't really fully grasp this

1:50.0

idea of a Cult Hero until we gave them in particular one of the two names we talk about today,

1:55.6

and then I think they grasped it. That idea of someone who fans embrace despite the fact that

2:02.4

they know that this guy wasn't necessarily the best, or at least this guy wasn't necessarily the
