Today on The Sword and The Trowel, Tom Ascol talks with 19 year old Marcus Schroeder, street preacher and student at the Institute of Public Theology. On Saturday, July 29th, while reading Scripture and preaching at an event where drag queens were performing in front of children, Marcus was arrested. You may have heard of Marcus. He was arrested just a week or so ago for reading the Bible

on a public sidewalk in Watertown, Wisconsin. Well, Marcus is a student at the Institute of Public

Theology. IOPT is something that founders started two years ago, and he has just completed his first year.

And so I had the opportunity of talking to him about what happened and then his own understanding,

the way he's been disciples, to think about his Christian life and stewarding the gospel that God's

entrusted to him and why he chose IOPT, what he's been learning at the Institute of Public Theology,
