Number one, make yourself laugh today.

The thing about laughter is that when it comes to laughter, we have two choices.

We can either wait around and wait for something humorous to find us, or we can seek out humor

ourselves. Have you ever been with close friends or your siblings or someone that you have

inside jokes with, and you get to a point where suddenly

everything is funny, the smallest thing causes the whole room to just erupt into laughter.

If you've ever had that experience, you know that laughter is spontaneous and it's contagious,

and it can completely change the tone of a situation

in a positive way. So I wonder, what if laughter could change the tone of the week? What if we

allowed ourselves to watch a funny video or listen to a favorite comedian just to loosen things up

as we get ready for the day and the week.

Now, of course, we never want to laugh at anyone else's expense,

and we also don't have to go out of our way to find the most clever, hilarious thing that we've ever heard.
