Thanks be to God.

We've been on a series for some weeks now that we've been calling Try the Spirits, and our

main text is in 1 John 4.

And are you believing with me again this morning?

That was like four people.

Well, you know what comes through affects you.

Right?

So, yeah, believe with me.

You might say, well, why, how do you say that, brother Keith?

Didn't you prepare?

Yeah, I prepared.

But this thing is big. Right? And there are a myriad of ways you can go about things,

and none of it is good and works unless the Lord's in it. And unless he directs it. And so utterance is affected by the hearer.

You know, Paul talked about to people that he was writing to.

He said, I would have gone into this or that, but you weren't able to hear it.

You know?

So that was a restriction that was because of people's ability to hear.

There's more than one side to this.

There's God's side, the ministry side, and the receiving side.

It's not just all up to God or just up all up to a preacher either.

So, again, you're believing with me.
