further ado Josh hit it.

Hey Sadie I just wanted to ask what your advice would be so I am kind of new to my faith

I mean all my life I've believed there's a God

and everything and my husband is the same way, but never really knowing what that fully means.

And recently I've learned and I'm growing in my faith and I'm just on this path right now

that he is not really ready to go down, I guess I would say. But I want that for him so badly. And I just

wonder if you have any advice as to like what my role is in that. What should I be doing as his

wife to help him take the next steps in his faith, if that makes sense. Thank you.

That's great. That's a great question. That is a hard one because, yeah, we want that for

the people that we love the most to be on the path with us and kind of be on the same page

spiritually with us and be growing spiritually when we are.

And so that's a hard one. One thing I remember hearing my aunt actually said it and it stuck

with me and it was, it's something that I have thought back to quite a bit in our marriage is

that you're not your husband's Holy Spirit.

That's exactly.

He has the Holy Spirit as well,

working on him and in his life. And you have to trust God in that with him and with his life

and with his growth. And you are not the Holy Spirit. You are not your husband's Holy Spirit. And so

to just kind of have to relinquish that to God. And so you do that through prayer, through asking
