With us today is a very special guest, Jim Osmond. Jim is a husband, father, author, and minister at Kootenay Community Church. He is the author of Truth or Territory, a biblical approach to spiritual warfare and selling the stairway to heaven and God doesn't whisper. Growing up in Sanpoy, Idaho, Kootenay Community

Church, has always been his home church, attending Sunday school, vacation Bible school, and youth group

there. His greatest privilege is to now be involved in ministering in the church that ministered

him for so many years. I'm so excited and grateful to have you here today, Jim. Welcome.

Thank you very much. I appreciate a lot being on. Yeah, this is, it's so amazing that you've

come into my life as you have. I was just telling you before we started recording and I, I

teared up that I'm a new believer. I was just saved about a year ago. I was a complete denier in Jesus,

and it's hard for me to even say that now. I thought he was a fictional character and that the

Bible was full of myths and that Christians were lost, and I didn't grow up going to church.

My parents never talked to me about God. And I got very lost, very lost in this path. I've idolizing big pharma medicine with a

misdiagnosis of bipolar, getting into the occult and practicing magic and taking lots of

psychedelics and just getting lost in the new age stuff, like the small little breadcrumbs that Satan

lays out there like moon ceremonies and yoga and all

of that kind of stuff and all by design I see in this world you know it's as if people are kind of

in a slumber and maybe God keeps us there for a reason and I started waking up in 2020 and then

just kind of fell down the rabbit hole and by the grace of God and through

Jesus Christ I was saved and it's it's just so amazing that you've come to me now because I really

want to talk about some stuff that brand new believers experience a lot of questions we have and

one of the biggest things is the spiritual warfare and like the deliverance process. And I'd like to start
