0:54.7	And he has gone city after city trying to do it with very little problems, except in
0:59.6	Minneapolis, where he has a true insurrection at hand.

1:05.7	And it's evident in the streets there day after day after day.

1:10.7	On Saturday, a 37-year-old man, Alex Prettie, was shot by Border Patrol agents there after a
1:17.3	confrontation. Alex Preddy was there being subversive. He was there trying to interfere with the traffic,
1:24.5	trying to direct traffic into an ICE operation from the look of it.
1:28.0	He was not there to help. He was not there to assist law enforcement or make things easier for
1:32.1	them. He was there with a loaded gun looking to cause trouble for the Border Patrol agents,
1:39.0	and that trouble came back on him. We'll get into the specifics in the frame-by-frame and all
