I always like to kick things off with something super interesting and how many times do you

hit that snooze button before you wake up? I know you do. Well, a lot of sleep experts say that

hitting that snooze is just a horrible thing. But if you do it time and time again,

there's actually some good news for you. Scientists at Stockholm University say that, contrary to popular belief,

there is absolutely no evidence that hitting the snooze button is a bad thing. They found that

snoozers averaged an extra 20 minutes or more of sleep with no negative side effects. Oh,
