I was in Hereford, Texas, which is up in the panhandle of Texas, and I had all my outlines out. I do the headline in blue and then scriptures in red.

And I was there by myself, and I just put all my outlines up here,

and I was praying over them.

And just prayed there in the spirit for a while,

and the Lord said, just as plain on the inside of me,

is there victory in the new birth?

Oh, yes.

He said, is there victory in divine health?

Yes. Is there victory in being baptized and the Holy Ghost speaking with the other tongue?

I was, yes, absolutely.

Absolutely so.

He said, every believer has a voice, and it must be the voice of victory in me. So that's where they came from. I'm talking

about a long, long time ago. Yeah. Yeah. And then there was something that happened in that meeting.
