dress and deal with were tests. Some tests were pop quizzes. Pop quizzes were shorter

tests and typically you didn't know when they were coming.

They would just pop a test on us and the idea of a pop quiz was to keep you always ready because you know it could happen at any time.

You would try to keep up enough so that if you got popped with a quiz, you would be aware enough to pass it.

But then there were those midterms and finals.

Those were like major exams.

That was bringing together a lot of information

taught over an extended period of time

for you to take a major test on. These major exams were no joke.

Sometimes they required all day and all night studying

because you knew that typically the weight of a major

exam was more than the weight of a pop quiz because it was so much bigger.

Now when a teacher gave you a pop quiz or a major exam

it would be over if they were a good teacher information they had taught.
