um, vis-a-vis narcotic control. Now, what are those two things have to do with each other? Well,

you know, if you're a reasonable homeowner, you want to protect your home, uh, you will get a gun permit.

You have to go through all the constraints and strictures and whatnot in order to get that. You have to be a law-abiding citizen, not a felon, and so forth,

so on. But then there are a lot of guns around. People shoot each other, and then there

come more and more restrictions on your honest legal ability to protect yourself. Now, what does

that have to do with narcotics? Well, I think it's

there are reasonable uses for narcotic medications, and some other people kind of spoil the
