Terence Williams the president and CEO of True Stage. Thank you so much for

joining me today Terence. Thank you for having me. I'm excited about the opportunity and the dialogue.

Absolutely. So, Terence, before we dive into you in your past, could you give us a brief overview of what true stage is?

Sure, absolutely. True stage is a mutual insurance organization that's been around since the 1930s.

We were founded in Madison, Wisconsin under the, with the idea of representing and partnering

with credit unions to better serve their members.

Over the years, while we've evolved and grown with change, we've maintained a commitment to the credit union system.

So it was almost setting. it meant to the credit union system.

So it was almost second revenue

is driven through credit union.

So think of us as a B to B company

who goes to market through partners to reach investors with financial solutions,

insurance products, retirement plans, etc. So we serve over 35 million

customers across the United States. We partner with 95 plus percent of

credit unions in the United States. We are about five and a half billion dollars in

revenue and as I said we billion dollars in revenue.

And as I said, we're headquartered in Madison, Wisconsin,

and we have about 4,000 employees across the country

that make up our modernization.

Oh my goodness. And you said, true stage has been around since the 1930s and if I'm not

mistaken you are the first black CEO it's almost 20. What are your thoughts on that?
