I had to go to Baltimore a couple of days of work and a few months ago during one of my therapy treatments or sessions, I guess you wouldn't say treatment, although it is treatment.

1:02.0

Therapy is treatment and it takes place in a session.

1:08.0

My therapist, I don't know if my therapist brought it up or I brought it up, but the idea of a place was presented.

1:18.0

And this place for security reasons, not really security reasons for confidentiality reasons, I'm going to keep the place as just a place.

1:29.0

I'll tell you, it's in the middle of America. It is about 90 miles outside of a somewhat major city. It's in the boonies.

1:42.0

So I bang out a couple of days of work and essentially I told everyone I was like, I'm going away to work.

1:51.0

What I forgot to tell everyone was that I'm also going to stop into this place.

2:00.0

But I guess partly because maybe I didn't trust myself that I was actually going to go, but I went and I want to quickly accurately because I haven't really created a through line or a timeline on this whole thing.

2:14.0

I want to walk everyone through it and everyone, everyone here definitely Kevin, Scotty, Michael, Dave, were a part of this journey with me and I'm going to talk about that a little bit.

So I guess how I'd like to start is we all know when I got in trouble for the comment and the league made me go to a rehab, right, a rehabilitation center.

2:44.0

The place that I just spent four days at was not, it's not considered a rehabilitation center. It's considered, I guess you would say a therapeutic session or a therapeutic, I don't even know, you know what?

3:04.0

There's so much lingo and it's like kumbaya, I'm just going to call it the place, okay, the place is the place.

3:11.0

Now, I signed up for the place and I'll tell you the intake process is pretty serious, like you have to get approved on two different levels.

3:22.0

They need to speak to, I believe, your therapist. It's a thorough process so that I think that they have a clear idea of people that are coming there one are not coming there who are out of their mind detoxing, still using drugs or have just our violent sociopaths that are coming there to kill people.

3:47.0

So you go through this process and you get accepted, now you get accepted a few weeks before you have to actually leave, right.

3:55.0

So to me, that's a dangerous process because if you've got time to think about something that you need to do that's going to probably be uncomfortable, you're probably going to find a way not to do it.

4:06.0

So I didn't really think about it at all, it was kind of my MO, I'm like, I'm not going to feel it or think about it until I'm there, but I know how I'm going to get there and I got it all planned out, all right.

4:18.0

Now, if anybody has seen seven perfect strangers or is it nine perfect strangers, the Hulu show with Nicole Kidman.

4:30.0

It's an incredible show, all right. It was out a couple of years ago or last year and it's essentially about one of these healing journeys, but it kind of goes a little bit dark because the therapists are micro dosing the clients without the clients knowing.

4:50.0

And it really kind of evolves into this crazy, crazy story and people find themselves, but it's like they're being assisted by mushrooms, right.
