jeff zimmerman with me uh jeff uh is the co-author of the process which was originally published

in 2019 with tanner bell um but there's a a 2025 edition that we're going to discuss here

with some really valuable studies that have been compiled into the appendixes. And then Jeff also

does the launch angle podcast and mining the news over at Fangraph. So great to jeff on the show uh jeff thanks for joining

So one of the studies that I wanted to talk about uh with you

jeff from that 2025 version of the process i mean the process is the the gold standard of fantasy

baseball books um like you will actually get better at fantasy baseball if you read and implement the stuff you read in the process.

So everyone should have that.

But the 2025 edition, you look back at the injury grades that there's kind of like a secret sauce,

but you come up with an injury grade for each starting pitcher.

Those get featured in, you know,

Saras's starting pitcher ranks on the athletic. And it looks to me like the grades worked
