Hey, I'm Teresa Ceputo. You might know me as the Long Island medium. Why do people call me that?

Well, I talk to the dead. My job is to help Spirit communicate to their loved ones here

in the physical world that they are safe and a peace and that there is more to life than

this. This podcast gives me the opportunity to share my gift with more people than ever before

and to give all of you a better understanding of how I communicate with spirit.

I think the thing that I love about this episode is that you will literally hear, I heard the

hesitation in my voice. Like, I was hearing things, but when it was coming out of my mouth

was not what I was hearing and feeling. And I'm saying to myself, what the heck is going on here?

I should say, welcome to this week's episode of Hey Spirit. It kind of just got caught up in the

moment. This week is a very unique reading that I had with Cindy. And I think that there's so many

things about this session that you can walk away saying, release the fear, embrace the faith,

trust the process. And the main thing is,

and the title of this episode is, you make plans, Cindy, and God laughs, courtesy of my cousin

Carol Ann. This was the most amazing reading in a way of that it showed on how we really do have to trust

the process.

And that sometimes when it's hard and we feel that, no, just things aren't going the way

that they should or going the way that I know that they should be going or at least knowing

the things that I'm getting,

is correct. I had to trust the process myself. So I was tested. You know, I did think about it.

Not many people know this, but my mentor, Pat Longo, has recently passed away. And I thought to myself, how do I do this without her?

You know, because if I still struggled, I would still reach out. And the thing that I love is at the
