I like to start with something funny.

And I heard about this pastor.

He was in the lobby after service,

greeting people. He saw a man that he hadn't seen in a long, long time, pulled him to the side and said,

brother, you need to join the army of the Lord. The man said, what are you talking about? I'm in the

army of the Lord. Pastor said, well, how come I only see you at Christmas and on Easter?

He whispered back because I'm in the secret service.

Hold up your Bible. Say it like you mean it.

This is my Bible. I am what it says I am. I have what it says I have. I can do what it says

I can do. Today I will be taught the word of God. I boldly confess,

my mind is alert, my heart is receptive, I will never be the same. In Jesus name, God bless you.

I want to talk to you today about trusting God to do it his way. We all have dreams that we're believing for

and situations we want to see turn around. But too often we put God in a box and tell him how to do it,

when to do it, and who to use to do it. The only problem is God's ways are not our ways. God doesn't always do things the logical way.
