Well, welcome back to the Dershow, the conflict between the Biden administration and former

president Trump, future presidential candidate Trump possibly, is quickly coming to a head.

Trump's lawyers filed a very interesting motion today.

It was a motion to have the court appoint a special examiner, a special master who could

go through all of the papers that were seized in the search and determine whether any of

them are privileged, are covered by the executive privilege, the lawyer client privilege, the

fifth amendment privilege, or any other privileges.

Now, the Biden administration has taken the constitutionally strange position, one

that I think is indefensible, that the incumbent president, the sitting president, namely

president Biden, can waive the executive privilege of the former president and possibly

future president.

This makes no sense at all, constitutionally it makes no sense politically, it makes no

sense logically.

If there is an executive privilege, it means that the president has the right to confer

with his cabinet members, with his chief of staff, with his legal counsel, with any

advisors in president Trump's case, with me, obviously he sold advice from me on the

Middle East and on Israel and Iran and other situations like that, the executive privilege

which derives from Article 2 of the Constitution basically says that a president can with full

confidence in the confidentiality of his communication and seek advice from all of those

people.

Now, comes along, the Biden administration apparently, apparently this comes from a letter that's

been disclosed, it's not 100 percent clear, but according to news reports, it seems likely
