0:48.8	Actually, his election has been certified, has been convicted in the New York County or by New York County Supreme Court

0:59.5	We're going to have Zach Smith of the Heritage Foundation.
1:02.0	He'll be joining us at the bottom of the hour to offer his take on that.

1:08.3	I'm going to offer my take before he gets on to the program and,
1:12.7	or calls into the program. But also, I want to talk to you about something else. And that is,
1:19.0	that does have to do with California. It also has to do with Trump is winning, regardless of what
1:24.0	the left and the media has tried to do, they tried this law fair stuff on him.
1:27.8	It didn't work. All it did was emboldened him. And quite frankly, it emboldened you as a voter,
1:34.7	I believe, ultimately. And the left has been found wanting. The left has been totally exposed.
1:40.2	We know that Gavin Newsom is the emperor with no clothes. I heard Hugh Hewitt earlier this morning say that Gavin Newsom's hopes for a presidential run are completely over.
1:49.9	I certainly hope that's true.
