We are we are led to believe that there is a grand jury currently convening in New York City right now maybe right as we're speaking.

And that was not going to stop us from talking about the atmospherics around this potential indictment though it's worth noting we don't have an indictment to look at.

So instead this advisory opinion is going to be so much fun stuff that you never knew you really wanted to know like I mean equitable tolling who doesn't love a good equitable toll.
