Hey there from CNN. I'm Krista Bow with The Five Things You Need to Know for Wednesday, March 19th.

President Donald Trump said he had a quote, very good call with Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky this morning, as Kiev wanted to learn more about another important phone

call Trump had.

It's the first known time the two leaders have spoken since the tense Oval Office meeting

a few weeks ago.

And it comes a day after President Trump spoke to Russia's Vladimir Putin,

where he agreed to temporarily halt attacks on energy infrastructure targets in Ukraine,

not energy and infrastructure.

Those are two very different things.

The U.S. believes the agreement means the latter.

So National Security Advisor Mike Walts said they'll hash it out in talks in Saudi Arabia's

capital in the coming days.

Putin stopped short of agreeing to a broader 30-day ceasefire, which Zelensky has agreed

to.

And just hours after the agreement, Russia and Ukraine traded aerial assaults overnight.

But both countries confirmed today they each swapped 175 prisoners of war.
