1:39.9 | into our state and run a ballot referendum, you need to have a 60% threshold. Why? Why would they do |
1:45.7 | that? Are they limiting democracy? No. The idea behind that concept is, you know, these |
1:51.6 | initiatives are often money makers for the political pundits, for the consultants, for those who do |
1:57.4 | the TV ad buys and the commercials. And so their thought was, we need to protect our state from outside lobbying groups and |
