One of the things is going on with the Trump presidency is the lawsuits fly like crazy.

Not only in the direction of the White House by virtually everybody,

because the president is stretching to the limit what presidential powers are.

And he is grabbing power that here to four, no president since probably the Civil War has tried,

maybe FDR a couple of times. But this time what he has is not only is he trying

to get power as much as possible, but he has two good pieces of ammunition on his side. One,

Congress, Republican Congress, that'll give him anything he wants. Doesn't matter what it is.

He gets anything he asked for with the Senate and the House.

And he has a Supreme Court of which he nominated and confirmed, or were confirmed,

three justices.

So now you have a conservative 6-3 court, which is, leans towards giving the president a lot of power.

So it's a win-win.
