between the president and the governor of my state, California,

continues on.

Even the state itself is in a fight.

President Trump hates California more than any other state and hates the legislature,

certainly hates the governor.

And so one of the things in which there's a huge fight

happens to do, happens to be with mail-in ballots. The president's contention is mail-in ballots.

There should be all kinds of restrictions on mail-in ballots, like counting them only the day that the election is being held and the time

you're allowed to mail him in prior to the election day, all kinds of restrictions.

And so he has issued an executive order that says exactly that.

And the basis of the executive order and his argument that mail-in ballots should be restricted, if not completely eliminated, is the fact that

there is widespread fraud that goes on with mail-in ballots.

And the word widespread, I think, is very important here.

Because when you have 150 million votes being cast,

are you going to find some irregularities?
