Trump versus Hillary. How different would America be if she had won? Well, the Supreme Court

would not be the joke that it's become, and would still have Roe v. Wade. Was it perfect? No. Was it

an F-ton better than what we have now? Yes. One thing people haven't mentioned so much about a more

liberal Supreme Court is that

gerrymandering would have been banned. Supreme Court ruled 5'4 in 2019 in Rootsho v. Common

Cause that partisan gerrymandering was fine. Just one more liberal justice would have made

partisan gerrymandering illegal nationwide. Whether Clinton in 2016 or Gore in 2000,

the country could have been very different with more health care reform and access expansion,

a scotus liberal majority, significant climate policies, as well as a major public health

response to COVID, instead of responding with deadly denial, followed by suggesting

to shove a light bulb where the sun don't shine or inject some bleach. I don't care if I

like the person in charge, but I care very much that they're fully competent to do the job,

and that they conduct themselves like an adult instead of a vengeful, grifting criminal child.

If Hillary had won, I wouldn't have realized how awful

some of my family members and friends were. Truly no morals or values, just pure, tribal,

GOP, no matter what. There's lots of people with rose-colored glasses here. The biggest thing

is the Supreme Court would be liberal. Everyone's talking about

Roe, but flipping Scalia's seat could have meant chipping away at Citizens United. None of the

Trump-related decisions that greatly expand presidential power. None of the deregulation decisions.

We'd still have Chevron. Maybe chip away at Shelby. Donald J. Trump would probably have gone to prison instead of using the presidency to hide from his crimes, and he'd have been prosecuted.

Project 2025 would have never left the drawing board.

Things would just be better. Her debate with Trump, she had detailed plans, costs, where the money was coming from,
