Well, it is time for what Rush would famously call the Hawkeye cocky.

It is upon us and we will have results shortly. It is important to know it is extremely

cold in Iowa today so that when the caucus begins at 7 p.m. Central, which is

shortly expected to last about an hour. It's an art, not a science, and there are human beings

involved. It could take longer. It often does. Emotions are going to be running very high.

For people predicting a low turnout today because of

extraordinarily cold weather, a couple of things to remember.

It's not unseasonably cold.

It's January 15th in Iowa.

I was there in 16 and that was at the end of the month on the 30th and I can tell you it was

brutal for me and it was brutal for the Cruz folks and Trump didn't have much of a ground game, but for the Rubio folks,

uh, who came in third, it was brutal for them because they all came from Florida, we all came from Texas.

Trump didn't really have a ground game,

and doesn't have much of a ground game,

although he has more this time,
