On Tuesday, the nation's six top national security leaders testified before the Senate Intelligence Committee.

The FBI director, Christopher Ray, contradicted White House statements about Rob Porter, President Trump's former staff secretary.

Porter resigned last week after allegations of physical abuse by his two former wives became public.

Dan Coates, the Director of National Intelligence, warned that the current security clearance program at the White House is not working.

Coates also addressed the intelligence community's concerns about cyber warfare.
