1:05.0	Why don't we start with Judge Bozberg? I'm sure all of our listeners remember March of 2025.
1:09.3	Trump is first getting serious about mass deportation.
1:16.8	Venezuelans are being sent on U.S. planes to the notorious Seacott prison in El Salvador. The ACLU legal, their lawyer, goes to district court in the District of Columbia to try to stop
1:23.9	it temporarily because they say, these people that are being sent out of the United
1:29.0	States are being denied due process. And it turned out, by the way, that that was correct.
1:34.3	The claim was that these folks were all dangerous gang members. That wasn't the reality.
1:39.6	In any event, the ACLU goes to court. They get an injunction, but it happens sort of in stages.
1:46.4	There's an oral order while the hearing is in progress. Then there's a written order.
1:51.1	And as people will recall, the Justice Department disregarded that order to the extent that they let the planes continue, offloaded people in El Salvador, turned them over
2:03.2	to Salvadoran officials. A lot of litigation ensued. And this specific piece that's in play right now,
2:10.8	and I'm sorry for the long setup, but of course it's complicated and there's a lot of history,
2:15.6	this specific piece now is happening because the judge
